To monitor your package, use Shop. We work with various carriers, so input your tracking number into the provided link to find the correct carrier and contact details.

If the carrier confirms delivery of your package via tracking, we suggest checking with household members and neighbors to ensure it wasn't received by mistake. You can also reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.

If your order remains untraceable after 7 days, contact support@soothclothing.shop with your current address, name, and order number for further investigation.

Though we're not responsible for lost packages, your satisfaction matters greatly to us, and we're dedicated to finding a resolution for you.

For domestic orders, enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all purchases exceeding $175. For orders below $175, shipping fees are as follows: $5 for orders between $125 and $175, $8 for orders between $85 and $125, and $10 for orders under $85.

For international orders, standard shipping is free for purchases exceeding $225. We leverage an international partner to extend our reach to various countries, applying a flat rate based on the cart size. Shipping fees are $15 for orders between $100 and $225, and $20 for orders under $100.

Once your order has been sent out of production, we anticipate that your items will undergo processing and shipping within 3-7 business days. Items with future ship dates are clearly labeled with an estimated ship date in the product details. For international orders, delivery typically occurs 4-7 business days after processing. We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products! Should you find yourself not entirely pleased with your purchase, you're welcome to return or exchange it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For domestic returns requesting a refund, there will be a $9 return shipping fee deducted from your refund. However, this return shipping fee is waived for returns for store credit and exchanges.

To initiate a return for an international order, please begin the process here. You'll need your order number and email address to get started. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges for international orders. A $20 return fee will apply to all international returns, deducted from your original order total.

All items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in sellable condition to qualify for a return.

Please note that our returns team operates on the west coast, so allow 7-14 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. We closely monitor returns to prevent misuse or abuse of our return policies. Any replacements are subject to the discretion of our Customer Care Team.
